CBS News writes that corporations spend between 1-3% of their annual revenue on printing. By filling out and signing documents in the browser, we save companies from having to print, sign and scan documents – which is an incredible waste of both paper and employee time.
Here’s what CBS News suggests: “Invest in digital signatures. One of the most common reasons for printing is to sign a document. You can eliminate that requirement by using a digital signature. Here’s how it works:

3. That’s it! Then, whenever someone faxes that number, we’ll forward it as a PDF to your email account. You never have to touch a fax machine again.
I bought Steve Job’s biography a few weeks ago and since then, there’s been a few changes to the book. So, Amazon sent an email to me. All I have to do is reply with “Yes” and Amazon will download an updated copy to my Kindle. I don’t have to log in, click on anything or agree to any terms of service. This is user friendliness at its best.

As a minor correction, we do have a free plan and a $4.99 / month plan as well – not just the $9.99 / month and $69.99 / month plans. Also, since this video, we’ve also launched the ability to have multiple fax recipients (see here). So, you can now fax both your grandma and your lawyer at the same time.
If you accidentally close your browser or the computer crashes, you could lose all your work. That’s really frustrating (it’s happened it us!), especially if you spent a lot of time on the document. So, we solved that problem.
Here’s how it works:
1. We save every document you upload (on the “Send” tab) as a Draft. If you make changes to the document, we constantly update the draft. That way, we always maintain the most up to date version.
2. If you accidentally close your window, the file won’t be lost. You can just click on the “Manage” tab and see your file there. Just click on “Edit” to go back to where you left off.
Best part – you don’t have to do anything to get started. It happens automatically.

This has been one our most request features, especially from lawyers. Sometimes you have to send a document to multiple people. It could be your spouse, your lawyer and your accountant. Normally, you’d have to send the document multiple times, which is a hassle. So, we final solved that problem.
Just click on “+Recipient” to add recipients. That’s it!
